Comments : Map20 - Time: 1:29. I really like this map and it was a lot of fun! Dance and die after killing first guy. : Map19 - Time: 1:52. Tough map at start. Most times the spider opens the door and drives you crazy. Difficult if your going for a good 'time' run. Dance and die at start. : Map12 - Time: 2:08. I tried this map 50 - 75 times over a two day period using two different routes and just couldn't get it done. Hurt-Me-Plenty was starting to look attractive - remember, UV is only optional! However, if I did it in HMP, my two mentors, Peo Sjoblom and Yonatan Donner, would never speak to me again! I decided to figure out another route and, as you can see, was successful. In fact, this route didn't cause me any problems at all! My lucky day! I was really happy until I realized I had put myself in a "Catch 22" situation - I couldn't honestly claim this title without suffering more! I had to do another from the HARD set! Dance and die at start. : Map09 - Time: 4:03. I chose this map because par is 4:30 and I could feel better about myself for a longer period of time before I got killed while recording! Actually, while I was waiting for my D2M exam, I tried to record each map in UV with 100% kills. This one gave me fits but I finally did it in 56:00 minutes and, while victorous, I was left with mental scars and visions of "Time Sucks" just a mere four minutes away. So, now I was torn between facing my fear or taking a shot at map29 (hardest)! I didn't consider the others. My wife suggested I 'bite the bullet' and do map09. She was afraid I might slip over the edge trying to do map29.. doctor bills and all you know! Final Score: Rich (1) Map9 (0). Gotcha you S.O.#%$! Dance and die at start. P.S. I hesitated in the yellow key cavern because I had planned to jump on the suit immediately but, in that instance, it seemed premature. Would have finished under 4:00! Didn't it seem like I was on that blue key lift for an eternity near the end? Note: I've completed my D1M, D2M, D1SG, D1GM & this D2SG. I have my D2GM, D1T, D2T, D1I and D2I challenges and a new prayer book! Author info : I'm 58 year old, have a lovely wife, a teriffic son and a neat new daughter-in-law who plays Doom! My thanks go out to Peo Sjoblom and Yonatan Donner for their help, encouragement and excellent lmps. These guys are superstars!!
