============================================================================= Title : THE BOX for DOOM ][ Deathmatch Filename : the_box.wad (one level) Authors : DENIS Fabrice aka DeF-46! Email Address : bpereira@ulb.ac.be Misc. Author Info : Denis Fabrice alias DeF-46! I have finally made the Web site to release all my creations for the real doom fans out there! It was open June 1997 at: HTTP://student.ulb.ac.be/~bpereira/leprech Description : I tried to design a level with a 'dynamic' in the architecture, and design it like Quake. This is achieved with the ground of one large room, moving up and down, when you press a switch, near the rocket launcher. There's some sounds of Quake. The teleports are nearly the same as Quake, and you can fire through it!!! There's start spots behind some teleports, so you can do some tricks. There's a 'special effect' for Doom, with the torches, making noise exactly like Quake ones. The problem is that this needs an EXE patch, and I won't make an EXE patch for just one level, so if you want to hear the torches, you should download the GREAT Leprechaun patch, at the web site given before. Be warned! The frag rate is very high!!! Well, I'm waiting for some comment/suggestions to know that there's still real doom fans like me out there, and then I will continue to update the goodies on the Leprechaun Web site! Additional Credits to : BORIS Pereira, he has worked with me and supported me to release my creations, and we finally have opened the Leprechaun web site! id Software - The MASTERS... ============================================================================= * Play Information * Map # : Map01 Single Player : No Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : YES Difficulty Settings : ULTRA BLOODY GORE VIOLENCE.
