It was tested only with ZDoom, but would probably play OK with the original engine - can't think of anything that would break it, off-hand. Probably any old DooM port will run it fine. This is a relatively small level by current standards. Game play is satisfyingly fast and furious, no big puzzles. It's not overly challenging but there are a couple of tough spots. Let's just say, watch your back. There's really no point in having difficulty settings on a wad like this, in my opinion. It's just made for taking out your frustrations and getting the old adrenal glands flowing. It has original music titled "Eat More Rocket," composed with compatibility with the old Doom SB16 sound set in mind, but tested only with the Microsoft GS Wavetable synth. An mp3 with real guitars can be downloaded from http://elvenminstrel.com/games/doommusic.htm And guess what? Wad Author runs perfectly under Win7 x64. Absolutley flawlessly. Wasn't it written for Win95? That's some darn good coding, folks. Good, clean coding. * Copyright / Permissions * Authors MAY use the contents of this file as a base for modification or reuse.
