=========================================================================== Archive Maintainer : - Update to : Advanced engine needed : none, though the LIGHTING WAS MADE FOR open GL Doom Legacy. Primary purpose : Single play,co-op,deathmatch-completed for newdoom contest. =========================================================================== Title : jetflock's texture contest entry. Filename : jettex.wad Release date : released to database NOVEMBER 18 2005. Author : jetflock Email Address : jetflock@hotmail.com Other Files By Author : The UltimateE DooM ForeveR (http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/?id=13931) under ult4ever the upcoming project: atmosphere Misc. Info : The wad works on ALL ports(I believe). I have tested it with legacy, zdoom, and OPENGL LEGACY. I have optimized the lighting to look its best when viewed with opengl legacy. So, its dark with some other ports. Unfortunately, when ran with vanilla doom, you get a quick visplane overflow. Since most (if not all) people will be using a port to play, this will never be a real problem, I also decided the wad went too far to be hacked into something "less cool".I have followed what I believe to be the original rules: TEXTURES: startan textures compsta('s) blue tech 2 CHOICE TESTURES: spacew3 compspan FLATS: any. SIZE: 2048/2048 SINGLE PLAY/CO OP DEATHMATCH. have fun. -jetflock Additional Credits to : DoomBuilder. =========================================================================== * What is included * New levels : 1, map01 Sounds : yes.
